长期从事核酸分子诊断技术和高通量生物传感方面的研究,具有比较丰富的相关科研经验,发表相关研究论文100余篇,累计影响因子超过400,正面他引超过3000次, H指数28。主持和参与国家重点研发计划,973项目,国家自然科学基金及其他省部级课题10余项。入选2019年科睿唯安全球高被引科学家。最早在国际上提出基于磁性纳米颗粒的高通量核酸自动化检测技术,并被收入专业工具书。历任美国Hudsonalpha生物技术研究中心、iCubate公司和iRepertoire公司资深科学家,参与发展了新一代“全自动多重分子诊断系统”——“iCubate”系统及其配套试剂盒并且获得FDA认证。完成全世界首套全自动、全封闭NGS文库制备系列试剂盒及系统的开发。
